Shipping Policy
Once an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. J & J Collectibles LLC / JCollectiblesShop.com is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.
If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered) or arrives significantly damaged, please contact us at jcollectibleshopinfo@gmail.com and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.


Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. However, all approved cancellations are subject to a 6% processing fee.
This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge withheld by our payment provider at the time of purchase.
To request a cancellation, email jcollectibleshopinfo@gmail.com with your order number.


Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the collectible nature of sealed and trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right:
